Inc. is a family owned and operated medical billing practice
founded in 1996 by Cindy Weiss. CBC is located in beautiful
Windsor, California, near the heart of northern California's wine
country. With over 33 years combined experience in invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable,
collections and sales, Customized Billing & Consulting, Inc. is
able to benefit your practice in many ways.

Cindy Weiss - Owner, CEO
Cindy Weiss has over 16 years
of experience in the medical billing field and is a current member
of the American Medical Billers Association (AMBA). Cindy
has a wealth of knowledge and a strong passion that is well known
to the medical community. As an active volunteer for the
American Cancer Society and past President of the Sonoma County
Medical Assistants (1993-1995) providing scholarship funds and
performing charity tasks, Cindy continues to strive and
learn in this ever changing and challenging industry.
Joni Alexander - Director, Billing Services
Joni Alexander has over 17
years of experience in Collections and Accounts Receivable
including over 11 years experience as an Accounts Receivable
Office Manager specializing in hospital collections. Joni
shares Cindy's passion, joining in volunteer work for the American
Cancer Society. With her vast and seasoned knowledge, Joni
not only knows how to maximize efficiency for Customized Billing &
Consulting, Inc., but also maximize the revenue and time for her
clients as well.
